For years, I have served as a useful source for those seeking inspiration, help, or advice in relation to all things food. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I founded Sprout Nutrition with a mission to give others the permissions and freedoms that could create a positive food relationship, honouring the relationship between body, mind, culture and experience.
As a busy mom of three little ones, I am no stranger to the challenges that come with modern-day pressures, work-life balance and keeping small children alive. I always lean on my education background to support my practice, but I have a wealth of practical and real-life experience when it comes to feeding a family with less stress (can't guarantee less mess).
